Tiffany is a native of Louisiana and finds comfort in her southern roots. Finding her niche in the healthcare profession has been one of the hardest obstacles to overcome because she believes “there is still more to do”, Her 1st love for healthcare became evident as a bedside registered nurse working in Critical Care and Stepdown Units. Tiffany then decided to switch gears and work in Women’s Health, where she was afforded the opportunity to pursue her Master’s degree in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner. 

After completing her master’s degree in Nursing, Tiffany encountered the field of primary care, where she has learned from seasoned and emerging leaders on various topics. She has been mentored by many notable professionals further expanding her collaborative efforts and partnerships. Tiffany believes in paying it forward and has served as a mentor and preceptor for numerous graduate and undergraduate nursing professionals. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice with an emphasis on Organization and Systems Leadership as well as a Post-Master’s Certificate as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. No stranger to hard work, Tiffany also provides academic instruction at a local college. “To see my students be successful and win always brings a smile to my face”. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and participating in exciting adventures. Her life motto is “For with God- nothing shall be impossible”- Luke 1:37.
